To get you started, there is a complimentary week of our exclusive SS Yacht Club classes, designed to challenge, inspire, and motivate you in a fun and supportive environment with Pilates, weight training and stretching.
I believe that everyone has the right to feel good in their bodies. You can wear your comfy clothes and ask questions about Pilates and fitness all in the same class!
